He was predeceased by: his parents, Hildred Fisk (O'Connel) and Billy Bob Fisk; his siblings, Tim Fisk and Penny Fisk; his siblings-in-law, Richard Hutchinson and Diana Bovard; and his father-in-law Tom Koons Sr..
He is survived by: his wife Connie Fisk (Koons) of Patriot, IN; his children, Joseph "Joe" Fisk (Carrie) of Rising Sun, IN and Holly Huey (Shawn) of Patriot, IN; his grandchildren, Michaela Quagliesi, Sabrina Huey, Jackson Huey, Natalie Fisk and Hailey Fisk; his great grandchildren, Emma Purnell and Mara Huey; his sister Pamela Hutchinson; his uncle Barrie Walters; his siblings-in-law, Linda Fisk and Tom Koons; and his mother-in-law Mary Koons. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
