He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Theresa (Snedaker) and Ben Harrison Fryer; and his siblings, Butch Fryer, Mary Rose, Janice Fryer and April Fryer.

He is survived by: his sons, Harold Fryer (Jennifer Frankl) of Patriot, IN, Ben Fryer Jr. (Vickie) of Patriot, IN and John Fryer of Tennessee; and his siblings, Mike Fryer (Debbie) of Greendale, IN, Jenny Smith (Ron) of Ohio and Kathy Murray (James) of Moores Hill, IN. He is also survived by six grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made to the family to assist with expense.
