She was predeceased by: her parents, Eunice Howard (Higgins) and Ralph Howard; her husband Charles Cavanaugh; and her brother Robin Howard. She is survived by: her daughters, Samantha Taylor (Bradley) of Patriot, IN and Treva Moore (Paul) of Lebanon, OH; her sister Cheryl Pisarcik (George); her sister-in-law Gloria Howard; and her grandchildren, Kaelin Taylor, Reagan Moore, Hunter Moore, Piper Taylor and Harper Moore. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
