She is survived by: her husband Richard "Rick" Utterback; her children, Nathan Scott Utterback (Korey) of Clay City, Josh Allen Utterback (Jessica) of Spencer and Stephanie Michele Johnson (Joshua) of Bedford; her siblings, Jerry Crichfield (Jyme) of Stinesville, Connie Edwards of Greenwood and Tina Phelps (Ronnie) of Spencer; and her grandchildren, Bradley, Toria, Olivia, Avery, Addison, Alexis and Savannah.
