He was predeceased by: his father Lyman Edward Knust; and his grandparents, Gordon, Wilhelmine White, Pete and Pearl Knust.
He is survived by: his mother Martha Ann Earles (White) of Princeton; his wife Robin Knust (Fitch) of Patoka; his children, Haylee Knust of Princeton, Dani Kermode of Owensboro and Paige McIntire (Nathan) of Evansville; his grandchildren, Kameron and Kolten McIntire; his half-sister Tara Knust; and his stepsiblings, Theresa Gendren (Don) of Owensville, Ray Earles (Amy) of Indianapolis and Michelle Taylor (Mike) of Bloomington. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
