He is survived by: his mother Judy Walker; his stepfather James Walker of Patoka; his siblings, Robert Lee Sullivan (Shelli), Christine Hall (Forest) of Hazleton and Roger Ray Sullivan of Princeton; his stepbrother Andrew Head of Evansville; his father Larry Sullivan of Evansville; and his pet Tootsie. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
