He is survived by: his wife Connie Sue Howell (Oren); his children, Anthony Elliot Howell (Deanna), Dawn Leann Howell, Lora Linn McCord (Harold), Todd Edwin Howell (Pamela) and Melinda Sue Howell (Brian Catlett); his mother Nina Howell (Mitchell); his brother Stephen Leander Howell (Debi); his siblings-in-law, Rodney Oren (Carolyn), Phil Puckett (Janet) and Janet Puckett; his grandchildren, Jeremy, Owen, Chris, Daniel, Sydney, Frank, Mariah, Samantha, Shawn, Carrie and Miranda; and his nieces and nephews, Melissa Buis, Krista Ridge, Ron Oren, Ryan Oren, Seth Howell and Anna Howell. He is also survived by twenty great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.
