She is survived by: her children, Melissa Hoolehan (Warnes) of Parker City and James Warnes (Tiffanie) of Florida; her stepparents, Shelby and Jim Perry of New Castle, Indiana; her siblings, Brenda Martin, Victor Lambert and Keith Lambert; and her grandchildren, Evan, Caden, Gage, Levi, Isaiah and Aliyana.
