It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Roberta Phelps of Parker City, Indiana, who passed away on October 23, 2020, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry VanPelt and Pearl VanPelt (Lamb); and her husband Charles. She is survived by: her sons, Mick Phelps (Jan) of Muncie, IN and Joe Phelps (Jill) of Anderson, IN; her granddaughters, Julie Mortonson (Todd) of Noblesville, IN and Megan Phelps of Anderson, IN; and her great grandchildren, Ethan and Sophia Mortonson.
Due to concerns surrounding Covid-19, the family will be having private services.
