He was predeceased by: his father Arthur Neff; his grandparents, Perry Neff, Mabel Neff, Don Gates and Caroline Gates; and his brothers, Rick Redmond and Don Redmond.

He is survived by: his parent Mary Gates Redmond of Farmland, IN.; his brothers, Chris Neff (Sharon) of Kansas City, MO, John Redmond (Robin) of Muncie, IN, Dan Redmond (Linda) of Farmland, IN and Brian Redmond of Taylorsville, NC; and his sister-in-law Shirley Grevenkamp (Steve) of St. Henry, OH.
