He was predeceased by: his parents, Hancil Howell and Juanita Howell (Kolp); his wife Norma Howell (Ford); his siblings, Marvin, Rex, Raymond, Junior, Dorothy and Betty; and his sons, Larry and Steve.
He is survived by: his children, Phil Howell (Diane) and Lisa Stonerock (Mike); his grandchildren, Amy, Ryan, Chris and Hannah; his close friend Rosemary; and his siblings, Ron, Keith, Nancy, Violet and Marlene. He is also survived by two great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Wilson Shook Funeral Home, Thornburg Memorial Chapel of Parker City, IN. (2048 N 1000 W, Parker City, IN 47368). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
