He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil G. Holtzclaw and Anna Marie Miller Holtzclaw; and his siblings, Randy Allen Holtzclaw and Dollie Irene Holtzclaw. He is survived by: his brothers, Darrell F. Holtzclaw of Indianapolis and Cecil Jr.; his nephew Ryan T. Holtzclaw (Chanel Reynolds) of Indianapolis; his great-nephew Riley Holtzclaw; and his great-niece Jasmine Haire.
