He was predeceased by: his mother Geraldine "Sue" McIntosh (Stogdill); his grandparents, Willie, Josie McIntosh, Charles and Lorene Stogdill; and his brother-in-law Brian Proffitt.
He is survived by: his father Eugene McIntosh; his children, Josey Alexander (Tyson) of Salem and Cody McIntosh of Caldwell, Texas.; his siblings, Roger McIntosh (Sheila) of Commiskey, Tammy Lusk (Randy) of Seymour, Tina Proffitt of Paris Crossing, David Ferguson (Glenna) of Houston, Polly Ferguson of Seymour and Scott Ferguson (Debbie) of Commiskey; his stepmother Marie "Joyce" McIntosh of Paris Crossing; and his grandson Owen Alexander. He is also survived by his grandson, nieces and nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
