He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Jefferson and Novella Lewis (Hacker); and his siblings, Donna Lewis and Donnie Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Sue "Susie" Lewis (Brock) of Paris Crossing, IN; his children, Dilana Lee Lewis of Seymour, IN and Michael David Lewis (Kristina) of Crothersville, IN; his grandchildren, Aaron, Carina (Geovany), Haley, Reygan, Preston, Dominick, Krista and Kya; his great grandchildren, Kenneth and Jareth; his brother Doug Lewis (Lisa) of Paris Crossing, IN; his sister-in-law Patty Lewis of Paris Crossing, IN; and his niece Tammy Lewis (Metz). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
