She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Brown and Myrtie Botts (Poteet); her husband Charles F. Stierwalt; her brother Ralph Shepherd; and her stepson Ronnie Stierwalt.
She is survived by: her children, Sallie Davis (William), Thomas Stierwalt (Beth), Daniel Stierwalt and Michael Stierwalt (Natalie); her stepsons, Donnie Stierwalt and Chuck Stierwalt (Lisa); her sister Ruby Walker; her grandchildren, Elizabeth Chupp (Chris), Joshua Davis, Zedakiah Stierwalt (Andrea), Macalia Stierwalt, Drew Stierwalt (Jess), Rodney Stierwalt (Elizabeth) and Stephanie Recktenwald (Stephen); her stepgrandchildren, Ronnie Teeters (Francie), Shenelle Bogenschutz, Shane Stierwalt (Katy), Chelsea Francis (Tim), Charlie Stierwalt (Aubrey), Brandon Hovious, Seth Hovious (Kassi) and Jake Woolridge; her great grandchildren, Elijah, Peyton Chupp, Ayden, Sophia Gayde, Mason Harding, Elliott, Matthew, Victoria Hafey, Taylor Stierwalt and Lincoln Stierwalt; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Taylor Teeters, Gracie, Alex Stierwalt, Chase Stierwalt, Lexy, Olivia Francis, Ben, Jude Stauffer, Daisy Hovious, Lola and Emma Woolridge; and her niece Heather Negulis.
