He was predeceased by: his parents, John L. Black and Janice E. Black (Byrum); his wife Kimberly M. Black (Gray); and his sister Alice Annette Black. He is survived by: his children, John R. Black, II (Kelsey), Curtis Elliott (Austin) and Abigail Black (James); his siblings, Rick Black (Martha), Randy Black, Linda Collier (Rodney) and Vicky Neal (Carl); and his grandson Kaiden Black.
In lieu of flowers the family has asked for contributions to Costin Funeral Chapel to help cover funeral cost.
