She was predeceased by: her mother Sharon Casey (Deckard); and her grandmother Addie Pearl. She is survived by: her father James M. Casey; her husband Larry R. Balsley; her children, Lana Smith, Miranda Smith (Mark Burpo) and Ricky Casey; her siblings, Richie Smith, Mike Smith and Melody Smith; her grandchildren, Mariana, Lincoln, Daylen, Ensleigh, Adalynn and Hadleigh; her niece Bailey Smith (Cody Cheever); and her great-niece Saylah.
