She was predeceased by: her parents, Alva Glenn and Mable Ellen Flick (McPhearson); her daughters, Debra Kay Buetel and Barbara Rae Reynolds; and her siblings, Delores Newlin and William Carl Flick.
She is survived by: her husband Otis Carmickle of Paoli; her sons, Steven Richard Flick of Paoli, John Edward Reynolds of Paoli and Michael Dean Reynolds of Paoli; and her brothers, Albert "Bud" Flick of Green Acres, WA, Roy Lee Flick of Paoli and Alva D. Flick of Bluffton.
