He was predeceased by: his parents, William Elliott (Curd) and Effie Coates Elliott; his wife Bonnie Sue Milligan; and his son Ricky Dale Elliott. He is survived by: his daughters, Tami Masden (Elliott) and Jill Fogelsong (Elliott). He is also survived by his two daughters, three grandchildren, and four great grandchildren.
