She is survived by: her son Jeffrey David Scott (Dawn); her grandson Ryan David Scott of Junction City, Oregon; her son Ricky Joseph Scott of Cheyenne, WY; and her siblings, Rita Kathleen Logsdon of Paoli, Judy Carolyn Gilliatt of Lake Placid, FL, Theresa Chey'enne Meister of French Lick, Marty Hazelwood of Paoli, Everett Leo Hazelwood (Cathy) of French Lick, Dennis Allen Hazelwood (Lisa) of Paoli and Raymond Anthony Hazelwood of Eckerty.
