He was predeceased by: his parents, Noble Bosley and Hazel Webb; and his siblings, William Bosley and Ruth Bosley Ragsdale. He is survived by: his wife Madge Berg; his children, Paul (Lori), Glen (Angie) and Beth Williams (Kent Rehmert); and his caregivers, Mary and Terry.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made to Riley's Children's Hospital.
