He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert George and Mary Geneva Hickman (Scott). He is survived by: his wife Norma Jean McCullough; his children, Rebecca Leonard (Leo) of Texas, Stacey Machemehl (Kurt) of Texas, Paul Hickman Jr. of Texas, William Price (Holly) of Ohio, Paulita Bushee (Chuck) of Ohio and Philip Price (Tammy) of Ohio; and his sister Mary Louise Hickman of Paoli. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren.
