He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Underwood and Vivian Cushing Underwood; his sons, Jamin and Jordan Underwood; his sister Pamela Kerr; and his cousin Ruby Vandeveer.
He is survived by: his wife Judy J Hollenbeck; his daughter Michaé R Underwood Mooresville; his grandchildren, Ian Underwood, Cody Underwood and Ashley Underwood; and his great grandchildren, Michael Underwood, Liberty Underwood and Sophia Tuzzio.
