She was predeceased by: her parents, Gilbert Andis and Iona Andis (Wells); and her siblings, Betty Fravell, Maxine Allen, Katherine Jones, Bill, Dale, Gilbert Jr. and David Andis.
She is survived by: her children, Cathy L. Houchin (Shannon) of Paoli, Deborah Fields of Paoli, Carol Blevins of Paoli, Timothy A. Blevins (Eva) of French Lick, Bruce Blevins (Jenny) of Paoli and Stanley Blevins (Debbie) of Paoli; and her sister June McDonnel of Tennessee. She is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
