She was predeceased by: her father Herman Kemper; her former husband James A. Patterson; her husband David Jines; her daughters, Tricia Leah Patterson and Tracy Brown; and her siblings, Donald "Bud" Kemper, Harold Kemper, Ginny Mercer, Joan Bullock, Shirley Reno and Mary Wright.
She is survived by: her daughter Tonia Hedge (Joe Jr.); her grandchildren, William Brown III, Elizabeth Brown, Joshua Brown, Melanie Sanders (Erik) and Allison Hedge; her great grandchild Josh Brown Jr.; her sisters, Marlene Wirth and Peggy Forgy; and her son-in-law Bill Brown Jr..
