She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd England and Eva Carlisle England (Carlisle); her stepmother Jane England; her brothers, Eugene, Melvin, James and Kenny England; and her great grandchild Slade.
She is survived by: her husband James G. Cook of Paoli; her children, Zach Cook (Scarlett) of Paoli, Jacob Cook (Sarah) of Paoli, Atley Miller (Joel) and Aubrianne Cook of Paoli; her grandchildren, Kainan, Blaze, Cosette, Eva, Trey and Kaizlee; her siblings, Cathy Thomas (Matt) of Paoli, Gary England (Debbie) of Paoli, John England of Hardinsburg and Rick England Hardinsburg (Tina); and her parents-in-law, Merril and Thelma Cook of Valeene. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
