He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert O. Stroud and Anna Strange Quinlin; his brother John Thomas Stroud; and his brothers-in-law, George Perkins and Danny Ash.
He is survived by: his wife Mona Goodman Stroud; his close friends, Buck and Debbie Babcock; his children, Jennifer Key (Keith) of Evansville and Derek Stroud of West Baden; his grandchildren, Hillary Buza (John) and Hayden Key; his great grandchild Camden Buza of Evansville; and his sisters, Ella Mae Perkins of Anderson, Roberta Ash of Kokomo and Janice Smock of Paoli.
In lieu of flowers the family would like donations to be made to Paoli Wesleyan Church, Paralyzed Veterans or St Jude's hospital.
