He was predeceased by: his parents, William T. McKim and Anna Sturgeon McKim; his sons, Glenn Lee McKim and Kenneth Ray McKim; and his siblings, Kemmel McKim, Charles Atkins, Gido Atkins, William Atkins, Clois Hollen, Lois Atkins, Ruby Patton, Lois Enlow, Frances Sturgeon and Anmae Snider.
He is survived by: his wife Rose McKim of Paoli; and his children, Donna McGill (Doug) of Indianapolis, Connie Houchins (Jon) of Taswell, Cinamon Gehl (Larry "Pete") of Paoli, Delilah Mills (Brandon) of Paoli and Tony Murphy (Tonya) of Paoli. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the McAdams Mortuary (500 SW 1st St, Paoli, IN 47454). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at the Highfill Chapel Cemetery (1866 High Fill Chapel Rd, Taswell, IN 47175).
