He was predeceased by: his parents, John Bennett and Mary Bennett (McNally); his uncle Joseph Bennett; his son Baby Boy Bennett; and his sister Barbara Fergo.
He is survived by: his wife Rosella Mae Bennett (Toby) of Paoli; his daughters, Patricia A. Bennett (Richard M. Gold) of Trumbull, CT and Therese Marie Love (Robert Teague) of Roanoke, AL; his brother Joseph Bennett (Jean) of New London, OH; and his grandchildren, Danielle (Jack), Brittany (Heath), Jonathan (Sierra) and Randi (Jody). He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Christ the King Catholic Church (833 S Triangle Rd, Paoli, IN 47454). A burial was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Paoli Community Cemetery.
