We are sad to announce that on January 7, 2022, at the age of 69, John William Cook of Paoli, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles T "Bud" Cook and Helen B Cook (White); his spouse Vieneta "Sue" Cook; and his sister Sandy Dixon. He is survived by: his daughters, Tara Terrell of Paoli and Tracy King of Taswell; his siblings, Larry Moore, Clifford Cook, Michael Cook, Charles T Cook II, Jeff Cook, Penny Bailey, Vicki Warren, Tami Allen and Melissa Craig; his grandchildren, Tyler King of Taswell, Riley King of Taswell, Lindsay Russell of French Lick and Evan Morasch of Paoli; and his great grandchildren, Leo Russell and Emerald King. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
