She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph H. Loffland and Betty Louise Welch. She is survived by her children, William Keane of Paoli, IN., Dennis E. Sasser of Oberammergau, Bavaria, Germany and Christine Sasser Biscoe of Rockdale, TX.; her siblings, Patsy Blackledge of Anchorage, AK and Ronnie Loffland of Portland, OR; her grandchildren, Chasity Shifflett of Rockdale, TX, and Sydney Simmons of Lampasas, TX as well as 5 great-grandchildren.
