He is survived by: his wife Stephanie Brown; his parents, Boyd Salem and Vatona Osborne Pruett Salem; his children, Philip, Kirstie, Amanda, Lanise and Sarah; and his siblings, Wesley Byrd of Illinois, Joshua Byrd of Illinois, Sharon Orendorff of Illinois and Kelsey Byrd The of Illinois.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Dillman-Scott Funeral Home (226 W Campbell St, Paoli, IN 47454). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
