He was predeceased by: his mother Sheila Gail Blanton (Simmons); and his grandmother Alta Lockhart. He is survived by: his father Timothy Chester Phillips of Paoli; his brothers, Timothy Justin Phillips of Arcata and Trey Donovan Blanton of Bedford; his stepfather Scot Blanton of Bedford; and his grandparents, Donald E. "Nick" Phillips of French Lick, Patsy Beasley of Sumrall, Mississippi, Jerry Simmons and Elmo "Moe". He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
