He is survived by: his children, Terri Johnson of Paoli, John Parks of French Lick and Michael Parks of Paoli; and his grandchildren, Kimberly Johnson of Paoli, Brian Johnson of Portland, OR, Ashley Shuler of Orleans and John Parks Jr. of Paoli.
