He is survived by: his mother Carolyn Ruth Haag (DeJean) of Salem, Indiana.; his wife Sherry Haag (Cornwell) of Paoli, Indiana; his son Travis Haag of Columbus, Indiana; and his brothers, Roger Haag of Carmel, Indiana and Brian Haag of Carmel, Indiana.
