He is survived by: his sister Rosemarie Carnes; his nieces, Kristi Smith and Julie Day; his wife Rosemarie Hammons of Paoli, IN.; his daughters, Kristi Smith (Martin) of Westfield, IN and Julie Day (Ronnie) of Williams, IN.; and his grandchildren, Hunter, Chance Hill, Ben and Cassie Smith.
