He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Barnett and Mary Lane Barnett; his brother Gary Barnett; and his daughter Tammy Barnett. He is survived by: his daughter Pam Barnett Bond; his wife Jane Barnett; his grandchildren, Alex Bond of Paoli, IN. and Erin Bond; his great grandchild Simon Crain of West Lafayette, IN.; and his siblings, Wayne Barnett (Carolyn), Frank Barnett (Linda) of Paoli, IN, Nancy Black (Glen) of Springfield, KY and Lynn Williams (Harold) of Brighton, CO. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 9:00 AM at the Dillman-Scott Funeral Home (226 W Campbell St, Paoli, IN 47454). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Paoli Community Cemetery.
