It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Carol Ann Belle (Minton) McKim of Paoli, Indiana, who passed away on January 12, 2025, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Estel McKim and Ona Belle McKim (Thornburg); her son Michael Ray "Mickey" Darnell; and her sister Norma Bash. She is survived by: her children, Michelle Grimes (Bryan) of Fort Worth, TX, Kimberly Hobson (Kerry) of Clarksville, Indiana, Kenny Minton (Kristina) of Dayton, OH and Rudy Minton of Columbus, Indiana; her brother Pat McKim (Karen) of South Dakota; her grandchildren, Kyle Grimes (Jaydon), Hilary Hahn (James), Taylor Lewis (Alissa), Kenny Minton III, Ashlynne Minton, Bella Earhart, Mila Minton, Aaron Hobson (Shannon), Rachel Judd (Thomas) and Jesse Hobson; and her great grandchildren, Beatrix, Timothy, Cosette, Saoirse, Xander, Adelaide, Marley, Maddy, Izzy, Amara, Harper, Weston, Autumn and Reina.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the McAdams Mortuary (500 SW 1st St, Paoli, IN 47454). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Upper Beard Cemetery.
