She was predeceased by: her parents, Percy Allen and Nina Allen (LaHue); her spouse Clovie Apple Sr.; her daughter Alice Walker; her stepdaughter Sharon Collier; and her siblings, Eunice Jenkins, Fern Anderson, Bonnie Jones, Paul, Bob, James W. Everett and Richard Allen.
She is survived by: her children, Susan Nalley of Paoli and Tom Scott (Diane) of Paoli; her stepson Larry Michael Apple of Indiana; her siblings, Betty Breeding of Marengo and Seth Allen of Corydon; and her grandchildren, Kelly Scott (Patricia), Kimberly Knight (Chris), Kathy House (Danny), Danny Strange (Kim) and Candy Wilson. She is also survived by Several step-grandchildren, great-grandchildren & step-great-grandchildren.
