She was predeceased by: her parents, George Rudolph and Blanche Rudolph (Libka); her husbands, Randall Duvall and Ward Haub; her daughter Beverly Conrad; her siblings, Norris, Earl, Arvile, Alan Rudolph, Verna Emerson, Frances Stinnett, Eula Rudolph and Georgia Eveslage; and her half-brother Raymond Libka.
She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey Duvall, Connie Lopp and Patty Duvall; her grandchildren, Chuck Conrad, Ann Applegate, Joy Bruner, Randa Korte, Mike Brown (Pam), Jennifer Duvall (Kriss Phillips), Jeffica Washnock (Chris), Angel Priddy and Heather Hoefler (Gary); and her siblings, Melvin Rudolph, Darlene Lang (Larry) and Carol Smith. She is also survived by nineteen great-grandchildren, fourteen great-great-grandchildren.
