She was predeceased by: her husband David Fouts; her son Richard Wayne Mills; her siblings, Coy Meeker, Kenny Meeker, Opal Dye and Barbara Meeker; her grandchildren, Nick Mills and Leah Onstott; and her former husband Robert Mills.
She is survived by: her children, Sharon Duke, Tina Bean (Donnie), Robert Mills Jr., Ronald Mills (Dottie), Anthony Mills (Stella) and Jeffrey Mills (Vashti); and her siblings, Debbie Rodgers (Pete) and Boyd Meeker (Donna). She is also survived by two grandchildren; twenty-one great-grandchildren; and four great-great- grandchildren, as well as three step children.
