Harl of Palmyra, Indiana; her parents, Shirley Dulaney and Naomi Dulaney; her children, Noah and Sierra Harl; her siblings, Julia Bolt (Jesse) and Matt Dulaney (Rose); her brothers-in-law, John Edwards and Chuck Blackford; her nieces and nephews, April Edwards, Mara Edwards, Jacob Edwards, Ashley Lortie (Brian), Brittany DeMoss (Josh), Bethany Blackford, Zach Blackford, Jamie Love, Samantha Sowders Justin Dulaney, Kaitlyn Bolt and Gracie Bolt; and her friends, Bob and Brenda Kelly.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Garr Funeral Home (7806 Hwy 311, Sellersburg, IN 47172). A memorial service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Stony Point Christina Church (10110 Stoney Point Rd, Charlestown, IN 47111).
