She was predeceased by: her daughter Annette Rae Scott Lively; and her sisters, Patricia Ann Clark Leuck and Gloria Jean Clark Finley. She is survived by: her husband Richard E. Burton; her sons, Brad and Robert Scott; her grandchildren, Michael Burton, Cody Garcia (Carlos) and Angilena Gardner (Jake); her great grandchildren, Elliot Dean Lee Garcia and Christian Eugene O'Neil; and her sister Pam Clark Switzer (Jim).
