He was predeceased by: his parents, George E. Fell and Jennie M. Fell (Rasmussen); his wife Luella M. Herriott; and his brothers, Richard and Daniel Fell.
He is survived by: his sons, Phillip Fell (Lori) of Oxford and Michael Fell (Cathy) of Lafayette; his grandchildren, Jennifer Ellis (Rob), Michelle Fulk (Billy), Bailey Akemon (Joshua) and Jesse Fell; and his great grandchildren, Zachary Ellis, Layton, Declan and Brennan Akemon.
