He is survived by: his wife Benita Smith (Bruner); his sons, Jason and Jayme Smith; his sister Jovita Smith; and his stepgrandchildren, Michael Cail, Schuy, Brooke and Mika Maxson. He is also survived by 4 Step-Great-Grandchildren & several Nieces & Nephews.
