She was predeceased by: her parent Lawrence Stevens; her daughter Amber Askren; and her siblings, Bill Stevens and Mary Stinnett. She is survived by: her parent Ruth Stevens (Walters); her husband Bub; and her siblings, Larry Stevens (Rita) of Oakwood, IL, Dave Stevens of Cincinnati, OH, Carolyn Fisher (Ed) of Smyrna, TN and Patricia Boots (Loren). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
