She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Raymond Whittaker and Mary Whittaker (Hankins); her siblings, Bart Whittaker and Shirley Strain; and her daughter-in-law Mary Blake.
She is survived by: her children, Tammy McKee (Mark) of Bath, IN, Rhonda McCormick of Florence, KY and Jonathon Blake of Falmouth, IN; her grandchildren, Skyler, Nicole, Madison and Jackson; her great grandchildren, Tucker, Tanner, Olivia and Adelayde; and her siblings, Steve Whittaker, Mark Whittaker and Carolyn "Sue" Puckett.
