It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce E. Bowers of Oxford, Indiana, who passed away on May 21, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Charles "Sonny" Bowers; and her brothers, Bill and Denny Perkins. She is survived by: her children, Jo Ellen DeVine (John), Rick Bowers (Marina) and Mike Bowers (Vanessa); and her siblings, Donna Morlan, Bonnie Sue Yonkers, Mona Hill, Kenny and Butch Perkins. She is also survived by 10 Grandchildren, 16 Great-Grandchildren.
