He is survived by: his parent Beulah Marie Hurst Carrell; his children, Elizabeth Jo Moore (John) of Liberty, Gordon Carrell of Liberty, Dennis Carrell (Debra) of Oxford and David Carrell of Liberty; his sister Lisa Alexander of Indianapolis; his wife Karen; his stepfather James Alexander; and his sister Betty Jean Carrell. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, ten great grandchildren.
