She was predeceased by: her parents, Warrick Johnson Hale and Hazel Ovella Hale (Linenburger); her husband Encil Curl; her siblings, Maxine Powell, Raymond Hale and Robert Hale; her grandson Ryan; and her great grandchild Nicholas Blackford.
She is survived by: her son Marvin Curl Sr. (Carol); her siblings, Phyllis Williams and William Hale; and her grandchildren, Tabitha Vincent (Rockie), Alisha Walker (Steve), Marvin Curl (Leighann), Britney Wilkinson (James) and Jennifer Cole. She is also survived by 16 great grandchildren; and 3 great-great grandchildren.
All those who wish to honor and remember Ruby in person at the service is required to wear a mask for the safety of all those in attendance. Social distancing will be enforced.
